tugo modality

tugo's payment method is by "levels" these levels have an accumulative scope of monthly orders. The business must pay said fee depending on the level it is in (Please see levels here). This order report will be generated every last Friday of each month and must be paid in full no earlier than the 3rd of the following month. In case it is not fully settled, your platform is deactivated until it has been paid in full, plus penalties if any have been imposed.

Payment methods

tugo offers several payment methods to its customers, thus facilitating purchases and sales. These methods can change and are implemented by tugo without exception. Cash, card payment (debit or credit) online, card payment to the driver. If you choose to have only cash you must maintain a minimum of 100 orders per month to deactivate card payments. By accepting and authorizing the use of the tugo platform you accept the terms and conditions that it implies.

 

Card payment rates

Card payments through the different means will be the following;

Clip: 2.9% + VAT - Debit or credit cards, international cards, American Express cards

Stripe: 3.6% All types of cards

 

Disputes

 

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this application or to the products you purchase from us will be arbitrated by a state or federal court in our country and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

 

Comments, Reviews and Emails

 

Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious to third parties.

 

Content must be free of software viruses, political campaigning and commercial solicitation.
